Heart Coherence is a physiological state created with a focus on our Heart, with Focused Breathing Techniques and a Positive Feeling. Heart Coherence is a physiological state that when created and activated, this state - by entrainment brings all other systems of your body into optimal performance and harmony. The HeartMath Institute has created many Heart Coherence transforming techniques based on over 30 years of scientific studies and research. Their techniques are scientifically proven to improve all levels of inner wellness and life.


Resilience from within grows as Heart Coherence is developed. Transformations to Greater Wellness on every level is the result of Heart Coherence developments, and these results continue to grow to greater as practices are kept up.

Arlene, Certified HeartMath Coach since 2016, teaches the initial training course “Building Personal Resilience” and continues added training via coaching, online practices and added education for raising one’s Heart Coherence and Personal Resilience and Wellness Levels.

In the initial training, you will learn and practice how to create and build Heart Coherence and Raise Resilience levels with 6 very valuable Techniques. These are based on scientifically researched evidence with charts and diagrams, and added valuable practices that assist you in Building and Maintaining your Heart Coherence and Resilience Levels and Abilities.

THE STEPS OF THE QUICK COHERENCE® TECHNIQUE

  • Step 1 – Heart-Focus. Focus your attention on the area around your heart.
  • Step 2 – Heart-Focused Breathing™; Focus on a visualization of breathing through your heart: Maintain your heart focus and, while breathing, imagine that your breath is flowing in and out through the heart area. Breathe casually 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out approximately, and just a little deeper than normal.
  • Step 3 – Heart Feeling. Recall a positive feeling and make a sincere attempt to relive that feeling. Feel it again. You can recall a time when you felt appreciation or care for someone or something and attempt to re-experience that feeling. Once you have found a positive feeling begin to sustain this feeling by continuing with Heart-Focused Breathing and a positive Heart Feeling.

By practicing this twice daily, you will grow into becoming the best version of yourself making real change happen.

HOW CAN I CREATE, PRACTICE & DEVELOP HEART COHERENCE?

Arlene does 4 times weekly Heart Coherence practice sessions on line. These sessions are for graduates of the Introductory Training. But, if you as a beginner want to experience the Heart Coherence practices that I facilitate, – you may register to do the first 10 minutes of each practice session, for 4 times a week for 4 weeks $55 by contacting me – via Contact Page. If you like the practices and results, you may register into my next Introductory Heart Coherence training class called “Building Personal Resilience”, and purchase a Heart Coherence biofeedback training device. Then you may join the online group again but for the full sessions 30 to 45 minutes of practices and added teachings.
